As our move gets closer and closer, it is so bittersweet. It's so exciting to move onto the next phase in our lives, but it is also sad to leave. I warned Matt that I might be getting a little emotional over the next few days :)

Baby Animal Days

We went to Baby Animal Days on Friday afternoon. Rian had such a great time and it was really fun watching her pet the animals. We have been working on the different animal sounds so she really had her practice making the noises to the different animals we saw.

I helped her hold a little bunny. She was saying "Hop, Hop, Hop" (thanks to Barnnn)!

It was nice taking some family time and enjoying what Cache Valley has to offer before we move.

Pee Pee on the Pot-tee!

Yay, Rian went pee on the potty for the first time tonight! We have been putting her on the potty before each time we give her a bath for the last month or so. But tonight was a little different. It wasn't bath time yet, but we were in the bathroom cleaning up. She grabbed her little seat and kept saying 'pee pee, pee pee', so I decided to put her on it. I knew the first time she would actually go, it would just be a good timing thing, and I guess tonight was the night! Too bad Matt is at the priesthood session and missed this momentous occasion. The best part was the look on her face while she was peeing. She was so proud of herself! So of course afterwards we had to do the "pee pee on the pot-tee" dance (for those of you who know what I am talking about)! Kudos to Rian!!!

18 Month Memories

So my amazing friend Val took these pictures of Rian back in February (when Rian actually turned 18 months). I have finally taken some "me" time and spent it making a slideshow. I would've preferred not making it into a slideshow, but there were so many cute pictures, I couldn't narrow it down anymore.

Val really captured all of Rian's personality in these pics. It will be so fun to look back at these years from now and say remember when Rian used to make that face and so on.

Rian brings happiness to our lives everyday! We love her so much!

Easter '08

I know this post is a little late, but it's better late than never right!?! We had such a fun Easter this year. Rian looked adorable in her Easter dress and we were able to spend the day with Matt's extended family. It was a (much needed) nice and relaxing day for us!
